Joost has been working at LetsGrow.com since 2006.
From pot plant cultivation I gained user experience with various climate computers and software systems in greenhouse horticulture. I then switched to Hoogendoorn Growth Management to test parts of the climate computers with user experience. After Hoogendoorn, I switched to LetsGrow.com. At the time, this was a small company, so you gained experience with every part of the company.
I fulfilled various roles within LetsGrow.com. The focus has always been on providing a solution for the client. I provide input in developing the software, and also in setting up the platform so that it matches the user's experience and needs.
I am most proud when clients indicate that only at LetsGrow.com they keep an overview of their complex situation with correct data.
What I like most about my job is the variety of topics and techniques, the solutions we offer to customers and helping customers and my colleagues. In addition, the cooperation within my team, which is diverse in terms of background, age and experience. Within LetsGrow.com we communicate openly and directly. There is room for comments with a wink, so the atmosphere is usually good and relaxed.
