Role

As a Sales Manager at LetsGrow.com, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, both domestically and internationally. You will actively engage with potential clients, own the full sales cycle, deliver demo’s, and support our partners in their sales activities. Additionally, you will represent the company at national and international trade shows.

You will serve as the bridge between the market and our product, providing valuable insights to our development team for new features and improvements based on customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and impact of our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs, propose solutions, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Zoho).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho) and Microsoft 365.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
