After completing my studies, I actively searched for a job as a UX designer. During this search, I looked at various job postings. Eventually, I found a vacancy on the LetsGrow.com website that perfectly matched my ambitions. The position immediately appealed to me, so I decided to apply.
What makes my job so enjoyable is the diversity of my tasks. One moment, I am conducting an interview with a client to map out their needs and wishes, and then I discuss these insights internally with the team. Based on that, I start designing an initial concept. This design is then thoroughly evaluated, after which I process the feedback received to improve it further. Additionally, I get the chance to participate in new projects, where I help with the setup and create a clickable demo to make the idea more tangible. However, the best moment is when my design is sent to the developer and truly comes to life.

Technology and innovation play a crucial role in my work. The technological aspect is reflected in the process where I first sketch my designs and then translate them into a detailed design in Figma. In terms of innovation, we, as a team, continuously strive to optimize our platform. We are constantly working on improvements and adding new functionalities and products to the existing platform, so we can continually enhance the user experience.
In the next five years, I see myself continuing to grow as a UX designer, developing my knowledge and skills to create even more intuitive and user-friendly designs. I want to specialize further in UX research and interactive prototyping, so I can make an even greater contribution to the development of our platform. For LetsGrow.com, I see a future where we continue to innovate and expand our platform with new technologies and functionalities. I expect we will be able to better meet the needs of our users.
I am most proud of the HortiFootprint Calculator. We worked closely with MPS on this project and achieved a beautiful final result, which is now being actively used by our users.
I have learned how important data and user insights are when making design decisions. By actively using analyses and customer feedback, I can make much more informed choices and create designs that truly align with the needs of the users. This has significantly enriched my way of working and broadened my perspective on UX design.
