Your role
As a Data Engineer, you will develop AI functionalities that transform large volumes of greenhouse and crop data into concrete, actionable insights for growers. You will design scalable LLM solutions, bring them into production, and support the Data Science team in the transition from predictive analytics to Generative AI. You will work closely with product, software development, and other specialists, and actively contribute to the further professionalization of AI and MLOps within LetsGrow.com.
What you will do
- Contribute to Generative AI and LLM solutions, such as conversational interfaces and advisory functionalities.
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and AI systems in Python.
- Assist in deploying and monitoring models in production and applying MLOps principles.
- Collaborate with product, software development, and data scientists on practical AI features.
- Learn from an experienced team and contribute to the development of AI within LetsGrow.com.

Who you are
You are a team player who communicates clearly and openly. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:
- Approximately 2 years of experience with Python and working with LLMs.
- Experience with data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, Azure AI).
- Analytical, eager to learn, and strong in collaboration.
- Interest in data-driven solutions and the greenhouse horticulture sector (experience in horticulture is not required).
