Sharing data
To be able to share rights to inspection of your data (or items) with others, you should join a user group.
There are 3 ways to share rights to inspection on items:
1. Individual items via "Rights to inspection items"
- Choose "Management" in the right menu and "rights to inspection items".
- You are now in the screen where you can share the items.
- Choose the group you wish to share with and tick the desired items.
2. Rights to inspection on items shared via definitions
- Choose a definition that you wish to share and click on
- Follow the 3 steps to select people and items.
The items are now shared with the people that you have ticked. These people can view the items and add the items in their own graphics and overviews.
Definitions that you have shared receive the symbol or
. The people with whom you have shared the definition will see this in the left menu "Shared definitions". This is marked with a "yellow sphere".
Note:
- If a definition has been shared than it no longer has an owner.
- All changes are immediately implemented for everyone.
- Everyone can stop the sharing.
3. Rights to inspection on sharing items via crops.
- Choose a crop
you wish to share.
- Follow the 3 steps to select people and items.
The items are now shared with the people that you have ticked. These people can view the items and add the items in their own graphics and overviews.
Others can also manually enter data for this crop if you have decided on this during the sharing.
