'More depth in discussions thanks to LetsGrow.com'

 

"Within the excursion group we searched for a way to achieve more depth in our discussions. We wanted to find out, for instance: what is the true cause of the temperature differences? We have achieved this depth with LetsGrow.com", says Stephan Persoon from Personal Vision paprika nursery in Bleiswijk.

 

 

 

 

Persoon is a member of an excursion group with seven paprika growers in the Oostland area. They meet once a week. In 2010 they all decided to subscribe to LetsGrow.com. Since then, the LetsGrow.com graphics have played a vital role during the excursions. "Each week, one person provides an in-depth explanation of a striking issue based on LetsGrow.com, which is presented with a laptop and beamer."

 

The discussions have been fruitful. Persoon: "Let me give one example: four out of the seven producers have a fixed screen. This screen leads to an increase in humidity. From mid-January onwards, this is not ideal. Two growers therefore made gaps in their screen. LetsGrow.com showed the effect of this. I have also made gaps in my screen since then."

 

The seven growers produce five different breeds. This is no problem, according to Persoon: many issues apply to different breeds. "It is important that you stick to your own path. Do not be overly influenced by what the other growers do, stick to your own principles."

 

Persoon hopes that LetsGrow.com will enjoy further growth. "If an even larger group of users joins, we will be able to provide this service at a very competitive price." He is also an extremely enthusiastic user: he checks LetsGrow.com four or five times a day. "This shows, among other things, that there are still differences in radiation, despite the fact that we live close by each other." He is certainly an enthusiastic user of LetsGrow.com. "With LetsGrow.com you can move forward together. And that is far better than standing still..."
